Demonstration classes at Chic Le Chef are observation-style with students comfortably seated at tables facing Chic Le Chef's?demo kitchen?with?video monitors. ?Classes are demonstration unless otherwise noted. Most demonstration classes have 10-20 students and last?1-2 hours. Recipe booklet and?sample tasting of food is provided.
